Darlene Moreno came onto the scene in 1995 touring with double Grammy winning vocalist, Barry White. She’s played with orchestras of more than 30 pieces and jazz units of 4; with music ranging from easy listening to reggae…hip hop to pop…rock to jazz.

Her artistry has taken her from the House of Blues to stadiums around the world…Essence Festivals to Summer Jams…Lillith Fairs to Cool Downs…to the American Idol House Band ….Guitars and Saxes tour and many, many festivals.

Darlene has done television shows like Ally McBeal, and Arby’s restaurant and Budweiser Beer commercials. As a guitarist, writer and producer she has worked with platinum, double platinum, and Grammy winning artists and producers like vocalists Mya and Tevin Campbell, and Jon B, Rick Braun, Jeff Golub, Paul Taylor and our 2008 An Evening of Smooth jazz headliner–Gerald Albright.

Having developed a huge repertoire of music styles in R&B, Funk, Contemporary Jazz, Gospel, Rock, Pop, Reggae and Alternative, Darlene is comfortable with electric or acoustic, steel and nylon guitar.  For  two years, Fernandes Guitars dedicated a full page ad to her in their catalog with a full length photo and her own guitar line.
